The AAS Membership
List, consisting of approximately 7,000 scholars, students, and others
interested in the history, arts, culture, language, and contemporary problems of East, South, and Southeast Asia. This list can be sorted by country and zip code,
geographic area of interest, and member disciplines.
The “Subscriber
List”—some 1,500 institutions, primarily libraries, that purchase
publications from the AAS.

AAS Mailing labels are $130 per 1,000 and are available in the following formats:
One-time use digital file (ASCII, comma-delimited)
Cheshire labels (used by mailing houses and also referred to as 4-Up labels, Cheshire labels are printed onto continuous sheets of computer paper in four columns across a page. The label is applied by a machine that cuts and affixes it with glue onto your material.)
Pressure-sensitive labels ("peel & stick").
A minimum charge of $65 applies for label orders of 500 or less addresses. The first selection is free, while additional selections are $10 each. Prepayment for labels and shipping is required. Please allow time for sorting and printing of labels; all orders will be shipped within ten business days of payment.
The Association rents its lists for a specific,
one-time use to individuals or organizations with appropriate academic, professional, or
business purposes. Sample mailing pieces must be submitted with your order and
are subject to approval. Our labels are not to be reproduced in any way.
