Description The South Asia Center offers instruction, workshops, and materials for teaching about South Asia (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tibet [and a little bit about Afghanistan]), and our primary clientele is educators of all grades, both in the Pacific Northwest and nationally.
Teaching Resources Books, videos, audio cassettes, web site materials, all available on loan at no charge. Call, email or write to request materials. Available materials are listed on our web site.
Program Activities We do evening, weekend and longer workshops for teachers of all grades, addressing various topics related to the teaching of South Asia. Contact the center or consult the web site for details.
