| Program Activities | Programs include Learning and Teaching about Japan Program for K-12 Educators, Middle School Exchange Program, KITE Program (Kasei-Indiana Teacher Exchange--bringing Japanese college students to student-teach in Indiana schools), exchanges with educators from Iwate and Tochigi, Jackson H. Bailey Memorial Lecture Series, Teaching English in Japan Program (opportunity to work in Japan). Faculty are also asked to lectures to civic groups and organizations, do culture presentations for businesses, and work with local economic development initiatives. Programs are funded by various grants and foundations. |
