Description	Public school district that sends twenty four 10-12 year old students to Kofu, Yamanashi Japan for a two week home stay experience each March. The Japanese students then visit Des Moines in August of each year. The school district also sends teachers to Kofu, for a one year teaching assignment, to teach English in the Japanese public schools
