After March 14, registration must be done on site. Because of the volume of registrations, and the time necessary to print name badges, we cannot process any preregistrations received in Ann Arbor after March 14.

The website only works if you put the dates in as MM/DD/YY or use the calendar (do not write out, e.g., April 3, 2008).
Hotel reservations can also be made by calling Passkey at 1-888-421-1442.
Convention rates have been negotiated at $169 for single/double rooms. Reservations processed before MARCH 13, 2008 receive priority. The conference hotel usually fills up very quickly, and early reservations are recommended. Deposits are refundable if your reservation is cancelled 72 hours in advance of arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained.
