The tsunami disaster of 26 December 2004 has drawn an outpouring of international sympathy and assistance. However, there is a real danger that it may become yesterday's news and that the long-term needs of the victims will cease to attract world attention. Three months after the tragedy this roundtable brings together several specialists who will provide an assessment of the current situation, and offer different perspectives on past action, present requirements, and future priorities.
